1. About CreatorLink
CreatorLink is an online marketplace operated by CreatorLink Pty Ltd (ABN pending), connecting content creators with businesses seeking partnership opportunities. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Creator Accounts
Creator accounts allow you to build a public profile visible to subscribed brands. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your profile information, including your content niche, audience demographics, and partnership preferences. You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your audience or engagement metrics.
4. Brand Accounts
Brand accounts allow you to browse creator profiles, save creators to a shortlist, and send messages to creators. Access to full creator profiles and messaging requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). We do not store your payment card details. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with the Australian Consumer Law. To request a refund, contact us at hello@creatorlink.com.au.
6. Partnerships & Transactions
CreatorLink facilitates introductions between creators and brands. We are not a party to any partnership agreements, contracts, or transactions that occur between users. We make no guarantees that any user will secure a partnership, and we are not responsible for disputes arising from those partnerships.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use CreatorLink to:
- Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission
- Attempt to circumvent payment by taking conversations off-platform
- Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages
- Violate any applicable Australian or international law
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to CreatorLink. By submitting content, you grant CreatorLink a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform for the purpose of facilitating partnerships. CreatorLink's name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your profile will be unpublished and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorLink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
